FuelGenie: On-demand fuel delivery platform

The backend behind an operations dashboard and the customer, driver and sales apps: 71 data models, 396 REST endpoints, payments, access control and notifications. Later shipped React features on the front ends too.

DressCode: E-commerce & ERP platform

A store and ERP backend of 23 data models with Razorpay payments and Shiprocket shipping, AWB tracking and returns, plus React admin dashboards with barcodes and Excel/CSV import-export.

MAC: Clinic & franchise management

A 40-model backend for appointments, doctors and patients, franchise and staff administration, inventory, leads, memberships, product commissions and a rewards ledger.

FuelGenie front ends: React 18 operations dashboard and React 19 customer web store: live bowser tracking on Leaflet maps, B2B pricing, the DPDP privacy centre and private-file rendering.

MAC services: RabbitMQ for asynchronous jobs, Google APIs, S3 uploads and scheduled cron work behind the clinic platform.

Inside FuelGenie

One API, four apps (Architecture): Designed a layered routes → controllers → services → models backend: 71 data models and 396 REST endpoints serving the operations dashboard and the customer, driver and sales apps.

Who gets in, and to what (Authentication): JWT access and refresh tokens with SMS OTP sign-in through Fast2SMS, and role, team and module based access control for internal staff.

Payments without races (Payments): Built the Razorpay path for orders, payouts and signature-verified webhooks, and moved balance checks and settlement writes inside MongoDB transactions to close double-spend and webhook-replay races.

Audited and compliant (Security & privacy): Closed all 34 findings from an internal audit and a third-party VAPT, from authentication bypass and NoSQL injection to CORS and personal data in logs. Then implemented India's DPDP Act: consent, data-principal rights, grievances, a breach register and an append-only audit trail.

Notifications on every channel (Messaging): A multi-channel notification system covering FCM push, Web Push, email and SMS, with a recipient cache, invalidation hooks and an audit log.

Ready for production (Operations): Per-application Redis rate limiting, cache-stampede prevention and reconnection with backoff, then packaged for AWS with Docker and PM2 cluster mode, with deployment and handover docs for partner teams.

Front ends too (React): Shipped features into the React operations dashboard and customer web store: paginated tables, B2B pricing breakdowns, live bowser tracking on Leaflet maps and the DPDP privacy centre.

About

From mechanical engineering to shipping production software.

I studied mechanical engineering at SRKR, trained as a backend developer at FunctionUp, and have spent three years at Lexodd Hypernova building and running production applications.

I like owning a product end to end: modelling the data, designing the API, wiring in payments and logistics, securing it, building the screens on top and getting it deployed. FuelGenie, DressCode and MAC are where most of that work lives.
